Often, people feel stuck in their emotional state and want to make changes in their thoughts and feelings so that they can change their behaviors. I have worked with a variety of clients, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, grief resolution and substance abuse issues.
I can help guide you in your healing process by building a strong rapport utilizing Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic or Solution Focused Therapy, whatever is applicable to your needs. Through the therapeutic process, we will work on increasing self-care, self-confidence and self-worth to form a solid foundation for you to move forward. I can help you facilitate awareness through our dialogue and develop a variety of coping skills to help you in the future if more episodes were to occur.
Feeling good about who you are and having more positive self-talk can benefit you and the people around you; creating more comfortable and peaceful relationships. I believe people have enormous potential and it is my desire to help them achieve the wholeness, fulfillment and the balance in their lives that they deserve.
